The breakfast was a good spread, with fresh-baked scones that had everyone raving. The staff were polite and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to tourist attractions added a cherry on top to our family adventure.
The room felt a bit squished, and let's be real, soundproofing was practically non-existent.

Decent small hotel with quiet rooms. Good and magnificent position in the suburbs of Krakow. Also - just next door to very convenient for the airport, centre, and Krakow and Wieliczka.
Breakfast cold.

The personalized breakfast sandwiches for our early departure were a thoughtful touch. The convenience of free parking made our stay hassle-free, while the traditional Polish cuisine exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was clean, hotel stuff was always ready to answer your questions and help. Good breakfast. Free parking.
The location was quite unconfortable for traveling to city centre. We selected this hotel because of parking availability. When we went to the centre in the evening by public transport it was quite unconfortable to get back to hotel - long intervals of buses, not clear which one to use and where to step out. Finally we solved this by parking shopping park near center (free of charge) or closer to the center (free of charge and available by tram).

great location but breakfast timing could improve
The location was fantastic for early morning travel. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff in preparing breakfast sandwiches to go. Traditional Polish cuisine in the restaurant was a highlight of my stay, delicious three night.

Hotel Perla was a suitable hotel. The room was adequate, but I like a bit more space to move aroung the beds. The hotel did not offer any extra tissue or bar soap. The breakfast was okay, it would have been nice to have scrambled eggs instead of hot dogs in water.
I thought the staff was friendly, but they needed a bit more training for the payment transaction. They charged my credit card incorrectly, and I had to wait for quite awhile to have the transaction corrected.

The breakfast offerings were really good, with plenty of variety to fuel your day. There's free parking available, a real time-saver, especially if you're on the move.
Ventilation issues got on my nerves. In some rooms, you either sweat through the night or deal with noise from the nearby motorway by leaving windows open. Not to mention, the lack of effective air conditioning was a drawback during the heat. I also had to deal with some leaks-water dripped from both the shower cabin and toilet tank, which left a less-than-ideal impression on the bathroom's usability. The furniture in some rooms felt a bit flimsy and not quite what I'd expect for the price.

Far from the city center, inconvenient to use public transport to get to the center but taxi is cheap(~8eur)

It was just a good pick for a weekend break in Krakow with value for money. They served beer after 10 PM, a nice surprise for winding down. Consider trying the traditional dishes at the restaurant.
